Accordingly, we are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience resulting from any act or failure to act by such providers. In no event shall Jaz Travels be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the tour in question.
